Prices and Currency

Published prices and payments are all inclusive in Euro for clients in the USA.
All inclusive means that the price reflects (VAT) Value Added Tax Exemption, includes shipping and import fees.
USA clients do not have to pay import fees upon delivery, these fees are pre-calculated in the purchase prices of items on line.
Final credit card and PayPal debited amounts are in Euro and may vary based on currency fluctuations and bank commissions.
 

Fees And Importer Requirements

Shipment Fees
All orders shipped to the USA are FREE of shipping charges.
Orders shipped to the USA are sent with Federal Express Priority Service (Monday through Friday).
Federal Express does not deliver to PO BOXES.

Import Fees
Clients shipping to the USA DO NOT HAVE TO PAY IMPORT FEES UPON DELIVERY.
These fees are pre-calculated in the merchandise value of the items on-line.

Social Security Number
Private USA citizens and non-USA citizens residing in the USA who import Internet goods from abroad are required to have a Social Security Number and must release this number willingly to the express courier or broker, in this case Federal Express.
Non-USA citizen/resident who DO NOT have a USA Social Security can provide a CBP - Customs Border Protection - assigned number.
The process to obtain a CBP assigned import number generally takes 10 business days.

If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address as per the HIBOY.IT commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy.
These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
